Use of AI-assisted tools

I may use secure AI-assisted tools to support research, organise information, generate ideas, prepare educational materials, note-take during sessions or assist with administrative tasks. These tools are used to support, not replace, my professional judgement. All recommendations, interpretations and treatment plans remain my own responsibility.

Booking & payment

Appointments are booked through the online booking system on this website. Depending on the service, payment is either taken securely online at the time of booking or paid at your appointment. The booking page shows which applies. Grinberg Method case-study sessions are paid in cash on the day, to cover treatment room hire.

You’ll receive an email confirming your booking, and you can view and manage your appointments at any time in My sessions. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Cancellation & rescheduling

You can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before it starts, and cancel up to 48 hours before, using My sessions or by replying to your confirmation email.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full, except in exceptional circumstances at my discretion.

If I need to cancel or move an appointment, I’ll contact you as soon as possible and offer you a new time or a full refund for that session.

Refunds

Your 14-day right to cancel. When you book online, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to cancel for a full refund. If you ask for sessions to take place within those 14 days and then cancel, the cost of any sessions already provided will be deducted.

Packages. After the 14-day period, packages are non-refundable, but sessions can be rescheduled within the package’s validity period (4 months from purchase for both the Foundation and Deep Dive journeys). If illness or a change in circumstances means you can’t continue, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to find a fair solution.

Laboratory tests are non-refundable once ordered, as they’re provided by independent laboratories.

Refunds are made to your original payment method within 14 days.

Scope of practice

Nutritional therapy and Grinberg Method are complementary disciplines that aim to support your overall wellbeing. They:

  • Work alongside medical care
  • Do not diagnose or treat medical conditions
  • Offer personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
  • May include optional suggestions for supplements or functional testing

Information provided through Essenterra Health is educational and supportive in nature. It is not intended to diagnose disease or replace medical care.

No specific outcome can be guaranteed because every individual responds differently.

Client responsibilities

By working with me, you agree to:

  • Inform me of any medical diagnoses, medications, supplements or health conditions
  • Never stop prescribed medication without consulting the clinician responsible for your care.
  • Contact your GP regarding any medical concerns
  • Ask for clarification if anything in your programme is unclear
  • Avoid recording sessions without written consent
  • Inform me if you wish to continue supplement protocols beyond the recommended timeframe

Laboratory testing

Laboratory testing is always optional. Where recommended, testing is provided by independent third-party laboratories operating under their own terms and privacy policies. Results are interpreted alongside your history and clinical presentation.

Overseas clients

Services are provided from the United Kingdom under UK law and professional standards. Online consultations are available to clients in many countries. At present, services are not offered to clients resident in the USA or Canada.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that nutritional therapy services may be received in their own country and for seeking advice from their own healthcare professionals where appropriate.

Children

Clients under 18 must attend with a parent or legal guardian, who must provide consent and remain responsible for decisions relating to the consultation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Complaints

If you have concerns, please contact hello@essenterrahealth.co.uk first so I have the opportunity to resolve the matter promptly.
